Does any of this sound familiar?

You're not alone. These are the most common things we hear from people before they start therapy with us.

Drinking more than you planned

What started as a way to unwind has become something you feel you need, not just want.

Relationships are suffering

The people you love most are being pushed away. Arguments, broken promises, growing distance.

Using substances to cope

Stress, anxiety, or difficult emotions are driving you towards habits that are making things worse.

Tried to stop but keep going back

You've promised yourself "this is the last time" more times than you can count.

Hiding it from people around you

You're managing a secret that's becoming harder to maintain. The shame is exhausting.

Want help but afraid to ask

You know something needs to change but you're worried about being judged — or what happens next.

If you recognised yourself in any of these — it's time to talk to someone.

This is not coaching.

Not self-help.

Not peer-led support.

This is professional therapy, delivered online.

Our programme is delivered by accredited therapists within a clinically governed framework, grounded in evidence-based psychological therapies. It combines structured group therapy, individual treatment, and long-term aftercare — designed to support real, lasting change.

Clinically governed
Evidence-based methods
UK-registered therapists
Validated outcome measures

You don't need to go to a clinic.
You don't need to tell anyone.

Our programmes are designed for people who need real, clinical-grade therapy but can't — or don't want to — step away from their life to get it.

  • Complete from home — attend every session from your living room, bedroom, or car. Nobody needs to know.
  • Totally private — no waiting rooms, no bumping into anyone you know. Encrypted, GDPR-compliant, confidential.
  • Keep working, keep living — sessions are scheduled around your commitments. Evenings and weekends available.
  • Real therapists, real results — BACP-registered clinical professionals, not chatbots or self-help videos.
  • 24 months aftercare — ongoing support after your programme ends, so you stay on track.

Your privacy is absolute

We understand that the biggest barrier isn't willingness — it's fear. Fear of being seen. Fear of being judged. Fear that someone at work, at home, or in your community will find out.

Nothing on your medical records

We're a private service. Your GP is not informed. Your employer will never know.

End-to-end encrypted

All sessions are encrypted. All data is stored in compliance with GDPR and ISO 27001.

No waiting rooms, no travel

No one will see you walking into a clinic. Your therapy happens wherever you feel safe.

Discreet billing

Charges appear under a neutral name. Nothing on your statement that raises questions.

What you actually get

Questions you might have

We've heard them all. Here are honest answers.

Will anyone find out I'm in therapy?

No. We are a private service — nothing goes on your medical records, your GP is not informed, and your employer will never know. All sessions are encrypted and GDPR-compliant. Billing appears under a neutral name on your statement.

Is online therapy as effective as face-to-face?

Yes. Research consistently shows online therapy delivers the same clinical outcomes as in-person sessions. Over 82% of our clients report significant improvement across validated clinical measures. The added benefit is that you can attend from wherever you feel most comfortable.

What type of therapy do you use?

Our therapists use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and integrative counselling. Your therapist will tailor the approach specifically to your needs — this isn't one-size-fits-all.

I'm not sure I'm ready to commit. Can I just talk to someone first?

Absolutely. The free assessment is just a phone call — no obligation, no pressure. We'll listen to what's going on, answer your questions honestly, and explain your options. Many people who call us aren't sure either. That's completely fine.

How long does a programme last?

Typically between 8 and 16 weeks of regular sessions, depending on your needs. Your therapist will recommend a plan during your initial sessions. After completing your programme, you'll have access to 24 months of aftercare support.

Can I fit this around work and family life?

Yes — that's the point. All sessions are online with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends. Most of our clients complete their entire programme without anyone in their life even knowing. No time off work needed.

How much does it cost?

Programme costs depend on the type and duration recommended for you. We'll give you a clear, transparent breakdown during your free assessment — no hidden fees, no surprise charges. We also offer payment plans.

Are your therapists actually qualified?

Every therapist is registered with the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) or equivalent professional bodies. They hold relevant clinical qualifications, undergo regular supervision, and have specialist experience in behavioural change and mental health.

You've read this far.
That tells us something.

The fact that you're here means part of you already knows things need to change. You don't have to have it all figured out — that's what the first call is for.
